Girls in Aviation Day

The 12th Annual Girls in Aviation Day is coming up. Open to everyone, the Women in Aviation International event has continued to grow since launching in 2015 with 32 events and 3,200 participants.
Fall, To Be Decided
Date: October 23 – 25, 2026
Location: Kentucky
Nothing is guaranteed at the moment but a possible weekend retreat to the arches of Southeastern Kentucky is in the works. We are working on shooting locations and possible complimentary lodging.
Vegas Drone Meet Up
Date: November 6 – 8, 2026
Location: Las Vegas, NV, US
Purchase a pass for less than $70 and get access to hands-on and informative workshops from professionals, including our very own Desiree Ekstein. Fly-ins, networking, and fun to be expected as well. Food and beverages are included.
Japan, Cherry Blossoms
Date: March 28 – April 6, 2027
Location: Tokyo and various areas
Join us for a small-group drone and photography adventure during cherry blossom season in Japan. We will meet in Tokyo and travel to destinations where we are allowed to capture drone imagery.
